1. UK SKILLED WORKER VISA (TIER 2)

Tier 2 (General) route has been replaced with Skilled Worker Route. Tier 2 (General) Visa is most popular category for skilled migrant workers in the UK. Tier 2 Visa applicants are sponsored by an employer who holds a valid Tier 2 Sponsor License. Eligibility Criteria & Required Documents:

1.Tier 2 Visa sponsorship letter from the employer. The certificate must have a reference number for a job in the UK issued by an A-rate certified sponsor employer in the UK with an accepted Job Salary.
2.Criminal record certificate. This document shows if you have violated the law in the recent years. You should obtain it from the competent authorities in your home country.
3.Police registration certificate.
4.Proof you have the necessary funds to financially support yourself in the UK.

2. UK GOVERNMENT AUTHORIZED EXCHANGE VISA (TIER 5)

Individuals who want to come to the UK with a job offer for a specific purpose or for short- term/temporary employment should apply for the Tier 5 temporary worker visa. There are 6 different types, including creative and sporting, charity, religious worker, and youth mobility scheme.
